This year marks a milestone for The Quilters' Guild as we celebrate our 45th anniversary and we're excited to invite our members to take part in a series of celebratory initiatives that promise to make this year unforgettable.
DESIGN THE BADGE: A tradition that has become a highlight for many, the annual badge at Festival of Quilts, has sparked joy and a sense of collectible pride among our members.
This year, as we celebrate our sapphire milestone, we're turning to you, our creative members, to help design this year's badge. It's your opportunity to contribute to a cherished tradition, with your design potentially being coveted by hundreds. For badge design guidelines and how to submit your creations, please refer to the linked document.

Not All Sapphires Are Blue - Muriel Markland
SAPPHIRE-THEMED GREETINGS CARDS: In the spirit of giving and creativity, we're also calling on members to make sapphire-themed greeting cards.
These special creations will be made available at the Festival of Quilts to raise funds for our Guild. It's a wonderful way to showcase your creativity while supporting our beloved community. For inspiration and guidelines, please see the linked document.

Our Special Interest Groups and Regions are also marking this special occasion in their unique ways, from creating strippy quilts to hosting local events. We encourage you to reach out to your coordinator to discover what's happening in your area and how you can get involved. There's no better way to celebrate our collective passion for quilting and our Guild's 45-year legacy.

UNFINISHEDS: BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND
This year, alongside the tombola at Festival of Quilts, Region 2 will be hosting another round of the very successful UNFINISHEDS. It's a perfect opportunity to buy a very special UFO to complete those unique projects that have been waiting for their final touches.
