Hello again, lovely Guild members,

My first Coffee with Carol was held on March 20th with an attendance of around 20 members. Thank you to all those who attended. It was lovely to see some folk I already knew and some newer Guild members.

It was great to hear members’ views. The conversation was wide-ranging. People spoke about the quality of the Quilter magazine, and about what type of content they would like to see in future editions.

Several people spoke about the challenges about putting on and accessing events in remote rural areas, especially when public transport is not readily available.

People were encouraged to get involved with their regional committee if they felt able, as many hands made light work, so even if you can only organise a Zoom coffee morning, your help will be much appreciated. If this is something you could consider, please do get in touch with your regional or S.I.G. committee.

The next Coffee with Carol will be held at 11.00 on Friday 17th April, so please do come along and add to the conversation. I will be delighted to spend some time with you.
