We are a friendly, creative group of quilters and textile artists who are all committed to developing our practice. We are a “doing and making” group rather than a “show and tell” group, and we expect all members to take part in activities and challenges. As an exhibiting group, we support and encourage one another, sharing techniques, processes, ideas and problem-solving along the way.
We meet every 3rd Thursday of the month at 107 Leadenhall Street EC3A 4AF between 11am and 3pm. Meetings begin with "show & tell" with an emphasis on constructive feedback, followed by a group activity which comprises of practical exercises and/or discussion groups and also talks from outside speakers. There is often an optional outing to an art exhibition or museum after the meeting.
Monthly, last Friday, 2pm-4pm
