Upcoming Events and Exhibitions

Our Area Day this time will include a display of many of the U.K. “Birds” and “Contrasts” from the 2024/25 European Quilt Association Challenges, which attracted entries from Iceland - Ukraine. They will be presented as a suitcase collection, and can be handled and studied close up.

Afternoon workshop/ will be based on a “Bird” or a Contrast - all permissions given- with a kit provided for £5. Please reserve kit on booking, pay on the day.

Refreshments provided, plus soup and scones lunch- again, please book in advance!

As it’s nearly Christmas, let’s have a ChristmasTree challenge! Bring along a favourite hand-made tree decoration - there’ll be a Quilter’s choice Prize for the best.

We will also have a Seasonal Bran Tub! Bring a wrapped Christmas Fat Quarter and buy a ticket-guaranteed a prize - it may not be a fat quarter….
