We are delighted to invite you to our annual social event on 3rd October at Newbiggin Village Hall near Penrith. CA11 0HT. Teas, Coffees and Lunch are all provided.
This is a social event - we would like you to bring along your stitching / quilts for a Show and Tell. There will also be plenty of opportunity for you to catch up with friends and make new ones!
Kate's talk is called “The 1918 Hartley Quilt” and the subject is the research into the origin of a heritage quilt.
After lunch - and our Show and Tell, Kate is going to run a workshop making Star Hexagonal Hangings - this is a hand sewing project.
