A note from me to you...

As we settle into the year ahead, it felt like a good moment to stop and listen. Not because anything is “wrong”. And not because sudden changes are around the corner. But because communities, just like the people within them, grow and change over time, so it’s important to check-in every now and again and ask: how does this feel to you right now?

This survey is my invitation to you to share what you value most about the Guild, what you enjoy, what feels harder or perhaps less relevant, maybe even what you’d be curious to see us explore in the future. There are no right or wrong answers, and you don’t need to be deeply involved to have a view.

You can answer as much or as little of the survey as you like, and you can remain anonymous if you wish. Some questions are reflective, some are practical, but all of them are there to help me understand the real, lived experience of being part of this beautiful community today.

Most importantly, this isn’t about ticking boxes or me trying to chase the perfect answers. It’s about listening carefully, and reflecting on what I read.

After the survey closes, I’ll share some of the main themes that emerge and talk openly about how they’re shaping our thinking for the future. Of course, not everything will change, and not everything should.

All I'm looking to do, is make sure that what we do and how we do it, continues to support your enjoyment, creativity, and sense of belonging.
