Sheila Curtis

Hi - I live in beautiful Herefordshire. I've been sewing all my life from when I made clothes for my doll. I learnt Patchwork with Di Huck at nightschool, then went onto join Ledbury Quilters after it was set up when Di stopped teaching. That was the early 1990's. I joined the Quilters Guild and once retired I volunteered as Treasurer for Region 11. I like patchwork, hand quilting and applique. I became Chairman of Ledbury Quilters, and I am enjoying my 3 years. We have just held a small exhibition in our local Church, alongside a flower festival where our display of WW1 Quilts was enthusiastically received. Our group goes from strength to strength.
