The Quilters' Guild is a voluntary organisation and all our activities are run by our members.
As a registered charity and company limited by guarantee the Guild has up to 12 voluntary trustees/directors who are responsible for the running and strategic direction of the Guild.
To support the trustees, the Guild employs a small number of staff who work at the Guild HQ in York. The Guild also employs a curator to manage the Guild Collection.
Voluntary national officers take on key roles, responsible for areas such as organising the national Conference or co-ordinating the Guild's presence at Festival of Quilts.
Every region has its own voluntary committee made up of a regional co-ordinator, treasurer, newsletter editor, website editor and other roles. To find details of your regional committee go to the regional pages where you will find your committee listed with contact details.
