Below is the online application form to become a member of The Quilters' Guild of the British Isles.

If you would like to become a member, please read the questions carefully and select the options that you would like to register yourself with.

Gift Aid

If you are a current UK Taxpayer and are paying this subscription for yourself,
we can reclaim the tax you have paid under the Gift Aid scheme. Please read the
Tax Statement and tick the Gift Aid box to confirm that you are willing to let us
reclaim the tax you have paid.
You must pay an amount of Income Tax at least equal to the tax that The Quilters' Guild
reclaims on your subscription and donations in the appropriate tax year (currently 25p
for each £1 you pay us).
