Regional Quilt Exhibition at Belsay Hall, Northumberland

We have just received the go-ahead from English Heritage to hold our next exhibition at Belsay Hall in Northumberland in May 2011.  Traditionally a bi-annual show, it has  been rescheduled to next year due to a major exhibition programme at Belsay this summer.

Our previous exhibitions have been very well received for the quality and number of quilts on display.  Belsay Hall is an ideal venue to show off the quilts as it has several large rooms unencumbered by furniture.

Many of our visitors to the show have come, often from far afield, to visit the gardens which are also renowned and find the quilt show an unexpected treat.  So, if your gardening club or group is planning a garden tour why not make it coincide  with our quilt show.  I guarantee you won't be disappointed.  Even long suffering spouses have been pleasantly entertained and surprised.

Venue: Belsay Hall, Belsay, Northumberland
