Welcome to Region 3: From Your Regional Co-ordinator

Region 3 offers friendship with approximnately 450 other members of The Guild in this region. Members receive 4 copies of the Regional Newsletter "Southern Star" each year and get preferential rates and priority booking at regional and area events.

We have contact details of approximately 50 quilt groups and groups are invited to send information on their open meetings and exhibitions to Southern Star.

We organise two Regional Days each year, with two speakers at each day and usually have a workshop with one of our speakers on the following day. We also hold a Young Quilters’ workshop on the morning of the regional day. The days are held at various venues across the region.

Our next Regional Day will be held at Mountbatten School, Whitenap Lane, Romsey, SO51 5SY on Saturday 16th October, when our speakers will be Susan Chapman and Alicia Merrett.
